Ron A – funny thing about the younger generation and letter writing: I write to my sibs, parents and children/grandchildren. Mon replies on her iPad via e-mail, my daughter on occasion with snail mail. I wrote relentlessly to my sibs and my youngest brother writes back regularly, on a typewriter. My youngest daughter never write, so I type her letter, scan it and text it to her. Somehow that get a txt response. My one brother and sister now write back because of relentless mail from me. Best, my granddaughter actually writes back regularly. Who knew? For her, I sent a typewriter from my collection which she uses regularly. So, I guess the answer is to just keep writing.
