Leo, That “same walk” is genetic; as they say now a-days, ‘it’s in their DNA.’ I like this poem’s free structure.
W.G. I liked the picked pocket at the end of the page…..
Hi, Catalina. Yes, apparently my grandmother noticed I walked like her husband even when I was small. One wonders what else one inherited.
I’m delighted you considered the short story to be a poem. It’s such a shame, I always think, that the word ‘proem’ means ‘preface’, and not ‘prose poem’, since I like to think of some of my pieces that way.
Catalina: I like that you liked the picked pocket at the end of the page in ‘Caroline Says’!
