LaDonna, I’d strongly recommend getting that Royal KHM – I have one and it is wonderful to use. The machine itself inspires you. I’m sure you don’t “need” it, but if you get it, you will be glad you did.

Chilly, offer remains on! Besides the disasters you mentioned, loss of a water source has displaced many and will continue to do so. I’m on the 6th floor in a brick building yet under no impression of immunity from a disaster. You offer wise advise!
