  1. Tag in CA, I understand the struggle with food. For a year or longer I ate sensible meat, cooked vegetables, but no junk food except on Saturday. Giving myself Saturday to eat anything I wanted really worked. I could plan snacks, desserts, pizza but it didn’t take long till I didn’t crave any of the items. I lost weight, walked more, and felt better. Don’t eat too few calories and know that not every week will show a loss. You got this friend!

  2. Thank you, Linda.These entries are all transcribed from 20 years ago, but the give-and-take has continued, mostly for the good. I’m still kicking around and no one is clamoring to get me on a reality show.
